We had a chance with Sanders, but the youth lacked the discipline or time (I guess) to vote and the all entitled baby boomers still voted en force cause they’re the best generation. The GOP is a shit show, they can’t slow down the trump train or present a viable and decent candidate.

Berlusconi? That’s a tiny part of Europe, just as Trump is a tiny part of the US. But right now it actually looks as if the republicans will win this, and Trump is the top candidate there. I’d love to see Bernie as the winner here, but I’d pick Clinton before Trump any day. :)

Honestly, I think it’s much to do about nothing. This country has a system of checks and balances. It also has a voting system.

And that’s problem with these short sighted young Democrats, they’re not thinking about the party. At one of the debates all the candidates said they would support whoever the nominee would be, and the party will too, because they want the party on office. Democrats should be acting the same way. Sanders has no shot in hell of winning the general election, even against Drumpf.

Originally I think it was to help Clinton win, but now that he has all of this momentum, I think he has switched gears and believes he can actually beat her. I’m concerned that she’ll either be as inept at it as she was at Sec. of State, and/or she will strengthen Wall St’s stranglehold on our economy by allowing the big banks to continue to operate as recklessly as they have been. Is that worse than Trump? Maybe, but only in so much as it will probably only take Trump 1 term to drive the economy off a cliff instead of the inevitable, 3x higher cliff she would aim it at, set the throttle and lock the wheel, and then hand off “control” to the next poor schlub who gets to ride it off shortly after. So I’m kinda leaning towards tearing the bandaid off quickly right now, who knows how I’ll feel in November.
